The pillow is designed for medium support, using a blend of 85% Downafresh certified white European feather for stability and 15% fluffy high-loft down for exceptional softness. Wrapped in a luxurious 233 thread count cotton case, it features a hypoallergenic Nomite certified weave that acts as a barrier against dust mites, ensuring safety for guests with asthma or allergies. The double-stitched piped edges help the pillow maintain its shape over time.

Similarly, the 10.5 tog duvet offers traditional insulation and durability, crafted with the same high-quality materials—85% fine feathers and 15% down—providing warmth and loft. The baffle box construction ensures even distribution of filling, enhancing drape and minimizing cold spots for a cosy night's sleep. Day-to-day use:
Always use a protector to minimise the need for laundering
Do not use deodorising sprays or any other treatments
Air regularly to ensure any moisture is released and the fillings can re-loft
Natural-fill products may have a slight odour when new so air for 48 hours before using
Washing:
Wash in a machine with at least 50% empty space when loaded dry so the item and its filling can move fully; duvets need to be washed in an industrial-sized machine
Wash at 40°C or lower a gentle or delicate cycle and avoid rapid or ready-to-wear cycles
Use only gentle detergents and avoid bleaching agents and fabric conditioners
Use a high-speed spin cycle to remove as much water as possible after washing
Take care when removing the item from the machine as it can get caught and tear when wet
Never leave bedding products wet or damp as the fillings may start to degrade
Drying:
Tumble dry at a low temperature on a long cycle, in a machine with at least 60% empty space so the item and its filling can move fully and re-loft; duvets need to be dried in an industrial-sized machine
Remove from the drier immediately when the cycle finishes and air for 24 hours to ensure that it is fully dry
Always tumble dry duvets to ensure that the fillings are fully dried and re-lofted; air drying alone is not sufficient
Dry cleaning:
We advise against dry cleaning all duvets and pillows because the chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage fillings
Also the drying stage is critical to laundering bedding but is often not carried out properly during the dry-cleaning process
