This compact reservations diary is a useful tool when keeping guest reservations organised ahead the following year. The A5 diary has been designed specifically for the administrative needs of small hotels, serviced accommodation, guest houses and self-catering properties. The flexible layout has room to store booking information for up to 6 bedrooms or units. 

Each spread features a week-to-view table which is a convenient way for you to observe 7 days of bookings at a glance.     I bought the 2023 diary and have found it invaluable, particularly since there are spaces for notes, a year planner and also a couple of pages for advance bookings. So, I have already purchased a 2024 diary.
