Guest Registration Cards - Pack of 250

These convenient pre-printed cards combine multiple guest registration forms into one comprehensive form and ensure you receive the details you need of every arriving guest. The back of the card is lined so that you can record any useful miscellaneous information as you require. These guest registration cards are ideal as a simple database and long-term record keeping.

This form has been created in line with current GDPR legislation.

Standard Next-Day Delivery

• Free delivery for orders over £60
• £6.50 for orders under £60
• Next-day delivery automatically applies to orders placed by 12 noon Monday to Thursday in selected areas*

Scottish Highlands & Islands

• Free delivery for orders over £100
• £6.00 for orders under £100 but above £50
• £10.00 for orders under £50
• We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days depending on your location

• Free delivery for orders over £100
• £12.00 for orders under £100
• We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days depending on your location

The Channel Islands

• Free delivery for orders over £1000

Beds & Mattresses

• These products are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault or damage on delivery
• The current lead time for beds and mattresses is 2-3 weeks
• Delivery is free to mainland UK
