I find myself compelled to counter what another reviewer has written. I have tried many chocolate spreads and none compare in quality with this one. It is almost impossible to find a chocolate spread which doesn’t contain a large proportion of nuts and oil. This one is an uncomplicated recipe containing mostly chocolate (a generous 60%), cream and butter. It tastes pure and very chocolatey, and it does not have the greasy, pasty texture of the nut-based products which use nuts as a filler because it is cheaper than cocoa.
