Originating 5,000 years ago and made by brewing unprocessed, unfermented tea leaves, green tea is widely grown and enjoyed in China and Japan, where its health benefits are well known.

Always use fresh water, boil and leave to cool for a minute before pouring it over the tea bag. Allow to brew for 1-3 minutes for a great tasting cup of tea.
