The clear top keeps the food fresh while the two ice packs keep the food chilled for up to 6 hours on the stainless steel tray above. And a useful silicone carry strap is included for simple transport.

Before the event, just freeze the ice pack coolers before using them, and then set them in the plastic tray. Then, place the stainless steel tray on top, arrange your food before covering it with the lid and you're ready to go!

These smart presenters offer excellent functionality, making them ideal for hotel breakfast services, buffets, and catering events. To keep the set clean, use a kitchen cleaning product as the set is not dishwasher safe.

The ice packs contain crystals and need to be activated on first use. Remove the plug and fill the blocks with water until 90% full, press the plug back in firmly and then place in a freezer. The ice crystals expand as they absorb water and freeze so avoid overfilling with water.
