The minimum order quantity is only 5 key tags and we regret that we are unable to offer other fonts, customised artwork or logos. As these items are made to your individual requirements, we are unable to accept returns, so do take special care to get the details right.

Standard Next-Day Delivery
- Free delivery for orders over £60
- £6.50 for orders under £60
- Next-day delivery automatically applies to orders placed by 12 noon Monday to Thursday in selected areas*

Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Free delivery for orders over £100
- £6.00 for orders under £100 but above £50
- £10.00 for orders under £50
