This tray has be specifically designed for buffet service in hotels and guest houses by keeping food & drinks perfectly chilled for guests.
Manufactured from anodised aluminium plate with EPS insulation within its sealed unit, it has rubber feet underneath.
For the perfect chilled tray, simply pop it in the freezer for 4 hours and it will keep chilled for at least 3 hours. Any cold food needs to be chilled before being placed on the tray, and for continuous use, we recommend alternating a set of two chilled trays.
Clean with lukewarm water and a damp cloth as not dishwasher safe.

Awesome cold surface ideal for cheese and hams as nibbles when eating on a hot summers day. Stops them from getting warm and sweating spoiling their flavour. Highly recommended if you enjoy this delicacy on a regular basis.

Top product. Bought to replace one that has lasted 4 or 5 years. Keeps juices and milk chilled at fridge temperatures for up to 4 hours. Certainly long enough for breakfast service.
