    Awful. Crinkly, stiff and turned luxury feather pillows into uncomfortable hard slabs. They are almost cardboard like and also make a horrible crunchy noise. Bedding is crucial to guests - I would not allow these to be used in our holiday let. I’ve been using OOE for years - this is the second OOE purchase this year of poor quality (pillows was another). It feels like the quality vs value is going downhill
