Always a worry when you buy an item like this without trying it out! I shouldn't have worried! To start, I received it within just a few days of ordering, instead of the 2-3 weeks stated. They gave me a 'window' for delivery, which they even managed to beat, considering they had travelled from Birmingham! They removed and took away all packaging, and were very friendly. The mattress is fantastic!! It's deep, nice and firm ( which is what we need), and very well made. I have definitely had a better rest on it so far! Am thinking of changing the single in spare room, and will definitely order from here!
