Mattresses, bed bases and headboards are hand-made to order and they will usually be delivered within two to three weeks.

Each item has a 12-month guarantee covering manufacturing faults. Please note these bed products fall outside our standard Returns Policy and are non-returnable and non-refundable for any other reason. It is important that you measure the space in your property to ensure that the items can be moved through the narrowest points as we are unable to accept returns for items that do not fit into the available space.

To make your life as easy as possible, a 2-man delivery to your room of choice is free within Mainland UK. This also includes unpacking each item and removing the packaging. Delivery charges apply to other UK locations, where the delivery is to an external door only.

If there is no lift available, the delivery team will carry items up a maximum of two flights of stairs, as long as the access is sufficient.
