These knives look and feel absolutely great. The really surprising thing I found is that they scratched just upon being hand washed, they hadn’t actually been used! I was extremely careful, guests in our holiday home may not be so careful, was expecting them to be more sturdy. Unfortunately I cannot return as they are now left in our caravan and we are next there after the 30 day returns policy ends. I do not recommend these.
